Service Description
Premium local chauffeur service covering Jacksonville and surrounding communities within a 10-mile pickup radius. Typical rides ~30 minutes. No surge pricing. Prepaid at booking to confirm your ride. Extra stops will be charged by stop duration and paid immediately upon re-entry to the vehicle before continuing to the final destination. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of the fare amount. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable. No-shows: If you do not appear within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup and have not contacted us, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases. To request a cancellation, contact us directly — do not dispute through your bank first.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy — Woof Around Town Transportation Cancellation Windows: • More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund of the fare amount • 12–24 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% refund of the fare amount • Less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup: No refund — the time slot is committed and cannot be rebooked on short notice No-Show Policy: If you do not appear within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time and have not contacted us, the booking is considered a no-show. The driver will depart after 15 minutes and the fare is non-refundable. Processing Fees: Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases. Only the fare amount is eligible for refund based on the windows above. How to Cancel: Contact us directly to request a cancellation. Please do not dispute through your bank first — chargebacks take longer to resolve and may affect your ability to dispute if needed. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
