Service Description
$260 one-way flat rate from Jacksonville to St. Louis Lambert International Airport. This published fare applies only to trips originating in Jacksonville and covers one pickup and one destination. Transportation originating at STL requires a separate request, individual quote, and Chad’s approval; no inbound STL service is currently offered through online booking. Submit your outbound trip request for review. Chad will confirm the itinerary and availability before approving the ride. Full payment is required after approval and before confirmation. Additional stops, waiting time, parking, or tolls may require an adjusted quote. Requests submitted at least 24 hours in advance follow the standard request process. Requests submitted 2–24 hours before the requested start time require Chad’s approval. Requests submitted less than two hours before the requested start time are not accepted. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a 100% refund of the fare amount. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund of the fare amount. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable. The payment-processing fee of 4.99% + $0.30 is non-refundable in all cases. If you do not appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup and have not contacted us, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Cancellation & Refund Policy — Woof Around Town Transportation Cancellation Schedule: • More than 24 hours before pickup: 90% refund — 10% non-refundable reservation portion is retained • 12–24 hours before pickup: 75% refund — 25% late-cancellation portion is retained • Less than 12 hours before pickup: Non-refundable No refund percentage is reduced by a separate processing fee. The applicable percentage applies directly to the full fare amount paid. How to Cancel: Call or text (217) 290-2596. The time your cancellation request is received by Woof Around Town Transportation is the controlling timestamp. No-Show Policy: If you have not arrived and have not contacted us within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time, the driver will make at least one contact attempt before departing. Once the driver departs, the fare is non-refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to post.
