Service Description
Local and regional private chauffeur service is $65 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Additional time is $16.25 per 15 minutes. Submit your trip request for review. Chad will confirm the itinerary, timing, and availability before approving the ride. Full payment is required after approval and before confirmation. This service does not replace the separate NEMT inquiry or roadside-assistance process. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a 100% refund of the fare amount. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund of the fare amount. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable. The payment-processing fee of 4.99% + $0.30 is non-refundable in all cases. If you do not appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup and have not contacted us, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Contact Woof Around Town Transportation directly to request cancellation. Any eligible refund is returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy — Woof Around Town Transportation Cancellation Windows: • More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund of the fare amount • 12–24 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% refund of the fare amount • Less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup: No refund — the time slot is committed and cannot be rebooked on short notice No-Show Policy: If you do not appear within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time and have not contacted us, the booking is considered a no-show. The driver will depart after 15 minutes and the fare is non-refundable. Processing Fees: Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases. Only the fare amount is eligible for refund based on the windows above. How to Cancel: Contact us directly to request a cancellation. Please do not dispute through your bank first — chargebacks take longer to resolve and may affect your ability to dispute if needed. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
