The driver will depart after 15 minutes and the fare is non-refundable. Processing Fees: Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases. Only the fare amount is eligible for refund based on the windows above. How to Cancel: Contact us directly to request a cancellation. Please do not dispute through your bank first — chargebacks take longer to resolve and may affect your ability to dispute if needed. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
